Liquor Lamps
Mouth blown from a wide variety of clear glass liquor bottles. Up-cycling at it’s most elegant. We offer the LiquorLamp series in pendants, wall sconces and custom chandelier configurations with either clear glass, silvered glass or antiqued silvered glass. Liquor bottles come in a wide variety of shapes, often with branding elements as part of their physical features. When we re-blow these bottles, those design features are pushed and abstracted but still remain as an element of the new product. The heavy bases of the bottles become the tops of our glass shades, referencing the material origin of each while becoming something completely new as well.
Incalmo
Our innovative Incalmo series has been marveled at by glass blowers throughout the world. A Czech glass rep remarked in 2018 that he thought he had seen everything the glass world had to offer but this was new. The Incalmo process of combining layers of different colored glass is not new (it dates back to the Byzantine era), however our glass blowers have innovated the process to work with up-cycled bottle glass. Our incalmo line is offered in Pendants, Sconces and custom configurations. You may specify any combination of standard bottle glass colors.
Petal
Our Petal Pendants and Sconces incorporate a hand blown bottle glass shade over an exposed bulb in the classic reflector shade style. We offer these in all standard bottle glass colors. The Petal Pendants are an affordable way to add one of a kind glass light to you collection or project.
Bubble Pendant
Mouth blown from bottle glass with a colored glass interior shade and clear bottle glass outer shade. Each pendant is unique with the quirky individual irregularities of a hand blown product.
Custom Blown Glass
Please contact us directly for large scale and other custom hand blown glass. We like to focus on up-cycled glass, but when the project demands we are happy to contract time with a local hot shop to create larger pieces than possible with bottle glass.
Budding newGROWTH series
An extension of our standard newGROWTH line but with curving branches and 3” diameter silvered glass globe shades. Each piece is a unique sculptural interpretation of nature. As each of these fixtures are usually made on spec and immediately available, we have a link below to our sales page at inCollect.
Glass Color Options
We make our light fixture from discarded wine, liquor, milk and beer bottles. You may specify colored glass in the standard range of greens, blues , browns and clears. Please choose two colors when ordering from our Incalmo line. For our LiquorLamps, you may specify clear, silvered interior or antique silvered interior. You may also specify the brand of liquor bottle if you like as well and we will accommodate if we have that brand available.
